This Privacy Policy explains how SYLVA collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when using our lightweight iOS AI wedding dress try-on tool app. SYLVA is designed to provide you with a convenient and natural online wedding dress try-on experience through multi-image fusion technology, which intelligently synthesizes character photos uploaded by you with wedding dress materials. Importantly, you can use all functions of SYLVA without registering an account, and we adhere to the principle of minimizing information collection, with a key commitment: we do not collect any facial information.
By using SYLVA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and content of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
First and foremost, we want to emphasize clearly and firmly that SYLVA does not collect any facial information at any time during your use of the App. Facial information, including but not limited to facial feature data, facial recognition templates, and any biometric information related to your face, is not within the scope of information we will collect, store, process, or transmit. Whether it is the process of you uploading character photos or the subsequent AI synthesis of wedding dresses, we will not extract, identify, or retain any facial-related information from the photos you provide.
In addition, since SYLVA does not require account registration or login, we also do not collect any account-related information, such as your username, password, email address (except when you take the initiative to contact us through the contact information provided in this Policy), phone number, or other personal identification information associated with an account. We also do not collect your device's unique identification codes (such as IDFA, UDID), location information, browsing history within the App, or any other information that is not directly necessary for the core wedding dress try-on function.
2. Information We May Collect and Its Use
The only information that may be involved in your use of SYLVA is the character photos you actively upload to the App for the purpose of trying on wedding dresses. This information is provided by you voluntarily, and its sole purpose is to realize the intelligent synthesis function of the App—specifically, to use multi-image fusion technology to combine the character photos you upload with wedding dress materials, so that you can preview the wedding dress style effect conveniently.
It should be emphasized again that during the processing of the character photos you upload, we do not collect any facial information. The AI technology of the App only processes the overall image information necessary for the synthesis of wedding dresses, and does not perform any form of facial feature extraction or recognition. We will not use the photos you upload for any purpose other than providing the wedding dress try-on service, nor will we use them for data analysis, user portrait construction, or any other commercial activities unrelated to the core service.
3. Storage and Protection of Information
For the character photos you upload, we only store them temporarily in the local memory of your iOS device to complete the wedding dress synthesis process. After you complete the try-on operation or close the App, the temporarily stored photo data will be automatically deleted from your device. We will not upload, store, or back up the photos you upload to any of our servers or third-party servers.
We have taken strict technical protection measures to ensure the security of the temporarily stored information on your device, preventing unauthorized access, use, or leakage. However, it should be noted that no data transmission or storage method is 100% secure. Although we have done our best to take protective measures, we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of information during temporary storage and processing. If you have any concerns about information security, you can choose to delete the photos you have uploaded in the App in a timely manner after using the try-on service.
Once again, we do not collect or store any facial information, so there is no risk of leakage or misuse of facial information during the entire information processing process.
4. Third-Party Services
SYLVA does not integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising services, or data statistics services that may collect user information. Therefore, no third party will have access to the photos you upload or any other information related to your use of the App. We will not share, transfer, or disclose any information involved in your use of the App to any third party, except as required by the functional realization of the App (and even then, it is only temporary local processing and no information is transmitted to third parties).
5. Your Rights Regarding Information
You have the absolute right to control the character photos you upload to SYLVA. You can choose to upload or not upload photos according to your own will. After uploading, you can delete the uploaded photos at any time through the relevant functions in the App. After deletion, the photos will no longer be retained in the App or the local memory of your device.
Since we do not collect or store any of your personal information (including facial information), there is no need for you to apply for information inquiry, correction, or deletion from us. All relevant information is under your direct control on your own device.
6. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time according to changes in product functions or relevant requirements. When we make significant updates to the Policy, we will notify you through a pop-up window or other prominent means when you open the App. The updated Privacy Policy will take effect from the date of notification.
